What the service offers:
- Locally based offices
- Trained volunteer visitors who listen to you, in a safe place, without making judgements
- Practical advice about the steps you may wish to take
- Support by accompanying you to court, if necessary
- Free and confidential service
- Free confidential support and information
- Liaison with other organisations on behalf of victims
